Fish at Night will be held at the Sonesta Coconut Grove, a 22-story, green-friendly Miami hotel offering boutique luxury, worldly sophistication, and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. Centrally located in the heart of Coconut Grove, the hotel is just minutes away from the Miami International Airport, offering easy access and low transportation costs for guests. The Sonesta embraces the eclectic charm of Coconut Grove, and with “The Grove’s” most popular shops and restaurants just steps away, including the fashionable shopping, dining, and nightlife of CocoWalk, meetings take on a completely new meaning here.
Luxury accommodations have been reserved in the Sonesta for conference attendees at a very affordable rate ($170 per room/night). The beautifully appointed rooms and suites feature sophisticated contemporary décor and custom bedding by Simmons, luxuriously triple sheeted with soft cotton linens and down comforters. Sleeping rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. High-speed internet access will be available in the conference rooms and guest rooms free of charge.
Only 50 rooms have been guaranteed at this rate. After these 50 rooms have been booked, attendees may have to pay the standard rate (based on room availability). Room reservations must be made by October 23, 2015, to guarantee the negotiated rate. All room reservations include a room service fee, so tipping the hotel staff is not necessary.
