Symposium program
The Fish At Night scientific program will be unique and relevant to the topic at hand, as it will be taking place at night. Plenary talks and the scientific program will begin in the early afternoon and run through the evening. Conference attendees will have their mornings free to work or explore Miami prior to the start of the day's symposium program. Following each day's scientific program, each evening has an event included with the symposium registration.

Presentation information
Time limit and format
Presentations will be alloted 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. Presentations need to be loaded to computers in the presentation room (see conference check-in desk for information) by noon on the day of the presentation.

Dean's Welcome Reception
Free transportation is available. Buses will depart the Sonesta Hotel at 4PM.
The Dean of the Rosenstiel School of Marine & Atmospheric Science (RSMAS) of the University of Miami has graciously announced that he will be hosting an official Welcome Reception for Fish at Night. The reception is to take place on the RSMAS campus, which has been recently renovated and includes a state-of-the-art air-sea interaction chamber, allowing scientists to study the effects of hurricane force winds on the sea. Transportation from the Sonesta hotel to the RSMAS campus (and back) will be provided by the Dean.

Networking Event
After the day's scientific program, Fish at Night will be hosting a Networking Event, taking place in the Sonesta hotel's Grove Ballroom. Attendees can interact with vendors that provide cutting-edge equipment and services that assist researchers with studying Fish at Night. Enjoy complimentary food and beverages while you learn about resources available to you and make professional connections that can assist you with your research interests.

Fish at Night Film Festival and Networking Event
Following the day's scientific program, attendees will be invited to join us in the Sonesta's Biscayne Room for the screening of Beneath the Wave's Fish at Night Film Festival, showcasing films about night-time ocean science and ocean adventures. Enjoy complimentary food and beverages during the showing, and move to the Peacock Room after the event to continue networking with colleagues and industry representatives.

Symposium conclusion and post-symposium activities
This is the only day that the symposium begins in the morning hours. After the conclusion of the Fish at Night scientific program, conference attendees will be dismissed and provided with information about all the activities they can do in Miami before they head home. If there is enough interest, an organized night-time ocean adventure may be planned.
